- Decrease ghee/oil/vanaspati/butter in your diet- have a healthy diet.

- Restrict refined flours preparations, for example, biscuits, breads, naans, kulchas, cakes, pastries, mathris, other confectionaries, vegetable patty available in the Indian market, etc.
